During this week's search, I went back into the Yahoo homepage. I started my searches this week by car manufactures, but didn't really find anything interesting. Next I clicked on Usenet and checked out what people had to say about owning or driving a car. One person had a pretty harsh thing to say about American made cars. Click here to see what he said about them.
My next search was under Technicians which was further up the list on the Yahoo homepage. When I clicked on this I found a lot of information dealing with the technical aspects of automobiles. Being that I am in the automotive repair trade, I took a particular interest on the information given.
I found that the tone of the people writing about the various cars which they owned was rather mellow because they were writing with the hopes that someone out there may be able to help them with their problems. However, when I found what one person had to say about American cars, I realized that people can still be rude over the "Net."
