Route to Soliman Valdez's team 4 report

During this week's search I tried to access Netscape Newsgroups but was unable to. Again, as last week's search, I came across an "NNTP" error when trying to get access into it. I tried an Internet search with the words "Newsgroups" and "Autos" as my query. The result was the Webfoot Useful Automotive Information location.

Under this location I found access to the Newspage Auto News. When I clicked on this link it took me to a location that contained various news articles from papers all over the country on anything and everything that had to do with automobiles and driving. I was surprised to find that they had news as current as that day.

One article that I found interesting was from Wednesday, September 20, 1995 in which the United States House of Representatives passed a bill that would allow individual states to regulate and state their own speed limits on interstate highways. It would no longer be a regulated thing across the country, but each state had the right to declare an appropriate speed limit based on their own findings as to what would in fact be appropriate.
