During this week's search, I decided to try and access some information on a car that is giving me problems as far as fixing its computer controlled camshaft sensor.
I started my search at the Yahoo homepage and accessed the Carbtech homepage through a link under Techniciansfrom Yahoo. Within the Carbtech homepage there was a link to the Alldata homepage. This was the one link which I thought could help me because I have heard wondrous things about this Alldata system.
The Alldata system is the one system I think any automotive repair shop could utilize to the fullest potential because of all the information contained within it. As far as repair manuals, labor guides, wiring diagrams, electrical component locators, billings, etc... the Alldata system does that and a whole lot more. I can't believe that all the information that we have on tons of shop manuals can be replaced by a few CD-ROM discs and a modem to hook up with the system. Isn't technology wonderful?
