The text readings are noted in the schedule but their accompanying discussions will likely vary somewhat to accommodate guest speakers, discussions, exams, etc. Other reading assignments may be introduced periodically.

Read the assignments prior to each lecture class and be prepared to discuss and to ask questions about them during the class.
