The HRCFS is an affiliate campus of the International Space University (ISU) headquartered in Strasbourg, France. ISU offers a year-long Masters in Space Studies (MSS) at its Strasbourg Campus, and also conducts a ten-week summer session at a different place around the world each year. Jim Dator, and Prof. Ben Finney of the Department of Anthropology of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, are Co-Directors of the Space and Society Department of ISU. They offer a variety of future-oriented courses in both the Strasbourg Campus and during the annual summer sessions. Selected students from the MSS program may also do their three month placement in the HRCFS each year.
