A. Humans are Social Creatures
B. Actions are based on learned social roles
C. Social Constructs of Interactions effect roadways
i. Families, peers, coworkers, organizations and institutions all influence drivers prior to, during, and after driving experiences.
ii. The social world of drivers
III. The Cultural Sub System
A. Varies from Social Sub-system in that it further defines actions in terms of local
B. Culture effects how and which actions are seen as “natural”
C. Often less evident than social defined constructs
