1. Do you have what it takes to be a supportive driver??

            A. What is a supportive driver?

i.                     A general acknowledgement that everyone has a different reason for being on the road.

ii.                   A supportive driver understands their own individual driving habits and applies their controlled skills to avoid confrontations with other non-supportive drivers on the road.

iii.                  Most importantly the idealistic supportive driver is tolerant & patient.

B. Characteristics of the supportive driver

i.                     Communication amongst motorists

a.       With genuine communication the road allows for friendly passes and gentle conversations

ii.                   Self-recognition and acknowledgement

a.       By allowing yourself to reopen shut eyes and observe your unique driving habits only allows for ingraining ideal habits and prevents potential accidents due to ignorance

2. What training do I need to be a supportive driver??

A. Ideally, as a supportive driver, we want a utopian driving society.  So don’t

     create animosity, create hospitality.

B. Understanding is key; we do not know the circumstances of every individual.

C. Happiness is catchy

3. Come out swinging…positively that is

            A. Suppressing problems is not the answer.  Come out positively swinging.

            B. Understanding is again key.  Here are three categories of drivers out there on

    the road this very instant.

i.                     The Oppositional Driver

ii.                   The Defensive Driver

iii.                  The Supportive Driver.
