I. MAKING INSULTING GESTURES

A. ( Age) of young men is most dramatic(41% to 23%) of women

          B. Only 27% of older males show this type of insulting gesture. This means that there is hope for our youth who partake in this behavior.

          C. (Car Type)

                    Sports car

                    SUV’s

                    Pickups        

          These are the highest ranked violators of the insulting gestures. I wonder if this is because of a sense of aggression, or because of a preconceived stereotype that we and the

          Media have forwarded through out the years.

          D. below these three is the less offenders. They go as follows.

                    Economy Cars

                    Vans

                    Luxury and Family cars

          E. (States)

California (39%)

Pennsylvania (35%)

Colorado/ Texas (28%)

Florida (14%)

Georgia (18%)

New York (19%)

II. ENJOYING FANTASIES OF VIOLENCE

A. It is a very natural thing to imagine violence in a time of competitive stress but when, but when you enjoy this fantasy you have got to fix things fast.

B. The best way to address this problem is to teach subject about the 3 fold self

C. Dr. James also mentions a good idea for self witnessing. This is to tape record yourself everyday in times of stess.

D. (Gender)

     Men are way more active in this distructive behavior. (3.6 to 2.1) for women this is outrageous

D. (Age)

There are three groups for these and the good news is that they do get better with age.

Young (3.1)

Middle (2.7)

Senior (2.5)

E. (Car Type) There is a dramatic relation to cars and the level of enjoyment of fantasy violence.

(2.7) Family cars

(3.1) Luxury

(4.0) economy

(4.1) sports cars

          F. (States)

The three most fantasy enjoying states are (ohio, Texas, Colorado) followed by

                    (Florida, New York, Pennsylvania)
