Three Concepts from the Underlying Topical Fabric of the
Writings:
1) The Threefold Self
a)
The Threefold Self is made up of three interacting domains of each
individual. These three work together in
a cycle beginning with the affective which consists of our motivations that
drive our thinking towards goals, and finally the physical acts we perform
derived from our will and thoughts. Our
physical actions cannot occur unless they are first desired, thought out, and
finally acted on.

b) My
opinion
- it is a constant cycle that we all practice in every situation
- the structure and function of our threefold self determines our personality, it is our entity
- I failed to realize that all of my feelings first had to be thought out before being acted out
c) Cultural
and psychological aspects
- ex: “Think before you do/say things!”
- the Threefold self should be taught at an early age to help us better control our emotions
2) The Ennead Matrix
a) The
Ennead Matrix is the formal framework that helps to unify the underlying
topical fabric of the Writings. The
Ennead map was the pathway of regeneration that every individual had to go
through. Each concept in the passages from the Bible can be identified as a mental
state by charting it on the ennead matrix.

- affection, knowledge, and practice are required to acquire the knowledge necessary to decipher
the rational/spiritual meaning of the Bible’s contents
- The rational is something distinct from the natural – literal meaning
- ex: Correspondences: Turtle-dove = C1 She-goat = A2
Young pigeon = C2 Lord’s Human = [A1 + C1 + S1]
b) My
opinion
- we need to understand and apply the method of correspondences in order to develop higher genes of
rational consciousness that can elevate us to our rational heavens in afterlife – for eternity
c) Cultural
and psychological aspects
- using the ennead chart to decode Sacred Scripture will unify religions
- mental states DO NOT know race, religion, color, or language
- the correspondences are universal and apply to all
- the scientific meanings extracted from Sacred Scripture will have different values for
different people because we are all unique but the correspondences will remain standard
throughout entire Sacred Scripture without restrictions from time and space
3) GOOD + TRUTH = RATIONAL
a) The rational is from
good, but only exists from truth. Good flows in by an internal way;
but truth by an
external way. The rational is formed
from the conjunction of good and truth:
GOOD + TRUTH = RATIONAL
- ex: The color green is not a primary color, you need to mix blue and yellow to make green
b) My opinion
- It makes sense to me because if we lived by truth without the presence of good,
we would make up convenient truths because man can reason
c) Cultural
and psychological aspects
- We are constantly separating good and truth:
- examples: - coffee vs. cigarettes
- using drugs
- eating disorders
- we cannot afford to separate good and truth if we want to develop rational minds
and elevate our minds to the higher heavens
