Three Concepts from Self-Witnessing of the Threefold Self:

1) Self-Witnessing

a) The Applied Project: Howard’s experiment allowed her to examine personal data, making the concepts of the threefold self and models of marriage evident and useful.

- Self-Witnessing refers to the observation of the self

- practice what you learn… “practice makes perfect”

- example: Internship

b) Cultural and psychological aspects

- It is widely promoted that practice produces better results

c) Education in schools or colleges

- All levels of education and at home: Early exposure to this concept
