Three Concepts from Self-Witnessing of the Threefold
Self:
1) Self-Witnessing
a) The Applied Project:
Howard’s experiment allowed her to examine personal data, making the concepts
of the threefold self and models of marriage evident and useful.
- Self-Witnessing refers to the observation of the self
- practice what you learn… “practice makes perfect”
- example: Internship
b) Cultural and
psychological aspects
- It is widely promoted that practice
produces better results
c) Education in schools or colleges
- All levels of education and at home: Early exposure to this concept
