Introduction:
Rage is an aspect of life that we all must learn to cope with. It occurs at home
among families or out in the public's eye. In each case of rage there exists a
reason why the rage occurred, how the rage episode was dealt with, and why it was dealt in
that manner.
Earlier this semester explored the presence of rage that occurs in society. through
research on the World Wide Web I found eleven areas of rage that are now present in

In this report my personal experiences of rage will be explored using the Three step
Method. In the this model the individual experiencing the rage follows three steps,
acknowledgement, the experience of rage (witness), and lastly what steps are needed to
modify the experience of rage.
