Introduction:

Rage is an aspect of life that we all must learn to cope with.  It occurs at home among families or out in the public's eye.  In each case of rage there exists a reason why the rage occurred, how the rage episode was dealt with, and why it was dealt in that manner.

Earlier this semester explored the presence of rage that occurs in society.  through research on the World Wide Web I found eleven areas of rage that are now present in society.  To read summaries of rage episodes in society visit my,
Report 1: Annotated Bibliography on The Age of Rage.

In this report my personal experiences of rage will be explored using the Three step Method. In the this model the individual experiencing the rage follows three steps, acknowledgement, the experience of rage (witness), and lastly what steps are needed to modify the experience of rage.
