I chose 409b G6 participant Rose-Ann Ancog did her report on Social Psychology of Web Architecture. I pick this one because I remember in class discussion on Web Architecture. I like her page the best I didn't know why, maybe I just got tried of browsing and decide to do one that I found pretty fun. The author of this page present really good ideas on making a better Web page. After reading it I decided to make a change to my own home page also.
After viewing other reports from different generations. I looked at each report about 10min or so, until I came across Social Psychology of Web Architecture: What You See Is What you Get." I was determine to find one report that would help me gain insight into what is it like to prepare a home page. I felt as if this report helped me to understand the do and don'ts in making a web page. What I found truly interesting is that after the author made her page. She somehow connected the hold experience to her life. The author stated that it's symbolic of hard work, effort, and accomplishments. I found that to be true. After reading that statement I decide to pick her report.
The author Introduction: "What You Need To Know", "Web Designer Principles As I See It: You Are What you Create", and "Psychological Aspects to Web Design: A Bird's Eye View." In each one of these sub-topics she's gives methods into helping how to prepare and display and attractive web page. She also includes the do and don'ts from "THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WEB DESIGN."
The benefits one can gain from information. Not from books, movies, articles, and class lecture. I was actually involved with the process of learning something I have never learned before. I was very impress by the author's web page. I hope with hard work and effort I can make a web page that is noticed by my readers.
