My Reactions to the Generational Curriculum
1.) Statement About this Site
Generally, the site information page gives an outline of the two Psychology classes that Dr. James instructs and a scholar interest. The two classes are Traffic Psychology, and Cyber-Psychology. The scholar interest is Spiritual psychology. In each category, Dr. James explains in detail what each class is about and has other links to find out more about each subject.
I found this site to be very useful to finding more about Dr. James and his specialized interest in these subject matters. This was also a great introduction to finding out what to expect to find on his home page.
In this section you will find Dr. James complete index of documents on his site. This includes search ability and link ability. These links help to find different things on Dr. James' informative site.

3.) Student Generation Reports
This link gives descriptions on links of students' generational reports in Traffic Psychology and Cyber Psychology. This link also has scanned versions of other generations reports called the Daily Round Archives Student Reports. It also has links for more information on the generational curriculum project. This link includes the introduction to the Community Classroom Generational Curriculum, An Online Learning Environment, and information on the generational community classroom projects. The last thing that is found on this link is Dr. Nahl's home page.
The very colorful link caught my eye. It helped me to understand about the generational curriculum. It also gave me an idea of what other generations before me have done and how much the curriculum has grown over the years.
4.) Dr. Driving Says... Road Rage and Aggressive Driving
This link explains the growing problem of road rage in this generation. This site goes into details on the problems that road rage can cause and also give answers to solving these problems.
This window of excitement has caught my attention due to it's many colors and the awesome icon. I found this page to be very informative and interesting. I specially liked it because it made me aware of road rage and my emotions on the road while I'm driving.
5.) Traffic Psychology
This link describes the understanding and background of traffic psychology. It also gives suggestions for modifying your behavior while driving. This link also has links to the student's generational articles and traffic psychology articles of Dr. James. Included in this link is the detailed description of the theory of ACS modification.
Wow! If you want information on Traffic Psychology this is where to go. I found this page to be very helpful in informing me on traffic psychology. It also helps me to become more aware of my driving and how to deal with my emotions while driving in traffic.
6.) Cyber-Psychology
This page describes how Cyberspace is growing in today's society and the impact that it would make in the future. This page also has an explanation on how Dr. James teaches his students to learn citizenship in the Cyber-Community. Dr. James also gives the background on Hypertext and the World Wide Web.
I found this site to be very interesting because I'm not very computer literate; therefore this site has help to understand what is going on in the Cyberworld. It's amazing to see how this world has grown over the years. I would like to see what different things that the future will come up with.
7.) Social Psychology of Home Page Architecture
In this link Dr. James describes how the home page architecture of an individual makes a statement about the person. He also goes into detail on how a well-designed page should look and feel.
This page has helped me to make my home page unique and fun. It is very informative and useful for someone that doesn't know very much about the Internet world.
8.) Diana Nahl's Search Index
This link is Diana Nahl's home page link. Diana is a professor in the Department of Information and Computer Science. This link also has links to students' papers. Also, there is a link back to Dr. James' home page.
If you are interested in taking any other classes that uses the internet, you should look at this page. This would also be a good place to look if you want to make a web home page.

I found this very useful in finding more about Dr. James' and finding his e-mail easier.

This link has a list of Dr. James publications, which dates back to 1960 under his former name Leon A. Jakobovits.
This page is very useful in finding information of Dr. James' articles that he has written previously and also it helps you to find articles that he has written if it doesn't have a link.
11.) Swedenborg Home Page Hawaii
This link describes Emmauel Swedenborg's psychology. His psychology on triadic hierarchy shows that there is a will on top, intellect in the middle, and body below. His idea is very similar to the ACS modification. This link has also other links to Swedenborg's related sites.
I found this page to be very deep and touching. It helped me to understand my own spirituality. It was also very interesting to know about Emmauel Swedenborg and his thought on Spiritual Psychology.
12.) Explore This Site With Tour Guides
This page is a tour to student generational documents, which was done by Calvin Cheung. It shows good examples of different sites.
This page is very cool, but very slow. In the first and second tour guide you will find links Dr. James's Home page and various links. The third tour guide is what I liked the best because it talks about nutrition and I'm interested in it due to having to coach the U-H J.V. Cheering squad.
13.) Spiritual Psychology
This link gives more information on Swedeborg's theories and describes the dualist model of science. There are also links to part 2 and 3 of this article.
This site is the window to finding enlightenment. I found myself asking question about who I am and where I came from. This helped me to find more about myself.
14.) Daily Round Archives (DRA)
This link takes you to documents that students of other generations did before the class went on-line. These documents have been scanned and edited into home pages by students in the class. There are links to these pages and also to articles that correspond to DRA.
I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one that is having problems in the HTML world. It helps me to stay positive and hopeful that if they could finish the class, so can I.

This page includes links to articles and books of Dr. James and Dr. Nahl. It also contains summaries of each of them.
This page helped me to find more about the subjects that I am interested in. It is very easy to use and easy to read.

I found this page to be very useful due to the many questions I have about the university. It also helped me to give information out to people who are interested in coming to the University of Hawaii.
