- Throwing my shoes and stuff, rather than putting it away.

- Just get everything out of practice, this the chance for me to burn my calories, and learn things from my fiancée.

- Stop slouching, and standing up straighter.

- Going to put my shoes on earlier, and get in a few laps before practice.
