B. MICR0DESCRIPTIQNS OF SENSORY OBSERVATICNS (i) Aches and Pains
"I am getting up to go to work; it's 6:00 a.m. in the morning. My whole body feels sore, especially my legs. Right in back of my shins hurt the most. When I walk, over there hurts the most, then, the arch of my feet feels crampy and then my lower back feels tight. Oh boy, I'm hurting tfiis morning, I shouldn't have played basketball all night. Oh, my neck feels still too. Ahhh that feels good when I rotate my neck from left to right in couple of complete circles. It cracks while I rotate it; it feels good."
(ii) Stretching and Exercising
"I get up for work every morning, and right after I crawl out of my bed, I stand up, put my hands on my hips then bend forward and back. Then my left hand takes hold of my right hand. Then I raise my arms above my head and stretch up, then I drop my arms. After this, I rotate my head from left to right in couple of complete circles. My neck cracks during this process and after all of this I feel a little better.
