That's a lot easier to do.

"It's in the middle of a warm afternoon. Here I am sitting in my room listening to the Cecilio and Kapono Nightmusic album. I feel my eyes begin to close. I try to fight it off but to no avail. I begin to dream of myself being chased by a wild dog. The dog is black and ferocious. It also has two big teeth sticking out from under his lip. It begings to come after me. I start to run. I feel as if I'm running in slow motion speed and the dog is gaining on me, I try to run a little faster but my legs just don't seem to move as fast as I want them to. The dog is right at my heel, It opens it's huge mouth, which is hungry for a piece of meat. I jump up out of my bed and realize that it only was a dream,"

"I'm in my room having a nights rest. Everything seems so peaceful and quict. I finally doze of and begin to have a dream of being spoken to by somekind of person. He tells me I was bad and that he must cleanse me of the evil. He makes a big fire and bringss out a very huge knife. He tries to calm me down by saying don't worry it won't hurt at all. I feel the perspiration coming down the side of my cheek as if it were like a waterfall. He's coming closer. His eyes are squinted and it's as if he was possessed. I force open my eyes and start to look at myself, I know it now was just a dream and I'm glad I'm still in one piece."

"I'm sitting in my room in the late afternoon, The sun is about to set, I start to daydream about the time I was 5 years old when my grandmother took me with her to her house in Kauai, This was the first time in my life that I went somewhere where my parents were not near, When it came time to eat, I really dldn't feel like eating, My stomach just didn't feel right. My grandmother thought that I was sick so she took my temperature, It was normal. I finally figured out that I was homesick.
Nothing around here seems to be the same, It was only the first day and I missed my parents, there weren't any kids my age to play with around, I felt out of place."

"It's about 5:OO P.M., my friend Thomas had just come over to my house to ask me if I wanted to go jogging. I got into my jogging outfit and started to run. Running with a friend and talking? It all made running a lot easier, Time went by fast that I didn't even realize it."

"I'm in the bus heading home to Pearl City, It is very stuffy because the air conditioning doesn't work, I can feel the perspiration under my arms, I'm standing up, Should I use the hand rails or not? Will the old lady below me smell the body odor, Well I might as well use the hand rails before I fall down, Here goes, The old lady doesn't look up, But does she smell the body odor or not? I also wonder if any one else is looking,"

"I'm sitting in my English class, The seats in the class are all close to each other, My good friend Bill is sitting next to me, There is a guy who people told me cheats in class, I want to tell my friend what I heard, But since the seats are so close together I wonder if the other guy will hear me, Oh well might as well warn my friend about that guy, Whisper, Whisper, I wonder if the other guy heard what I said about him."

-the book is black with alphabetized sections; about 5 x 8 in size, I've had it for 3 years and the writing in it is of all different styles.
-I leave it in my drawer.

-where I was born.
-the names of all the people that I know.
-what things I went through growing up.
-what I think of other people.
