report1.html, I am the first to admit that Martha Stewart
can walk on water.(I saw a picture.) Anyway,It actually looks like the inside of someones house. Lori portrays a very warm feeling here. I think it is classy. One thing does bother me a tiny bit. On some of her pages she has blinking text. I have the same belief as Dr.James. Blinking text is a definite faux pas.
Three revoltionary home pages from generation three.
Denise has great graphics.I am inspired looking at her page. she does great work. I would recommend that you check out this link. Denise's page and others from generation three are really creating some masterpieces. Dr. James must be doing something right.
Rowney's home page is well set up. I particularly liked his mail box icon. He also used a full canvas to create his page.
This is the best page I have seen yet.It has such a nice flow to it. I love the butterflys they add a nice touch. I clicked on the page to look at the pictures and I stayed to read the text. That is the whole point.(Getting people to read your text.)
Ginger's home page picks, from generation 3a.
Dalybeth is a very nice girl. Did I get this from her homepage? Yes and no. I actually know her from when we used to work together at Contempo Casuals. Hey it's perfectly legal to promote a friend. Right? At any rate, her home page is noteworthy in its own right.
Ross,Ross,Ross. He had such potential and a good artistic eye. His home page is good, well it made me laugh. I can't believe that is all this boy did for the entire class. Beavis and Butthead are basically why I picked this one.
I was not too impressed with the amount of images that were broken. I did enjoy the personal pictures of Anthony and his girlfriend. Proms are just too sweet.

Question. How do I react, to being in a generational cyber-community, in cyberspace?
My initial reaction to this question is please be gentle and not too judgemental. I mean consider the source. This is the fall of 1996. I am just a mild, mannered, student at the age of twenty-three. There are advancements in this field that are happening so quickly. By the time that my grandchildren read this,(If I should feel so maternal.)they will certainly have a good laugh. I suspect that the changes that will occur in the next forty or fifty years, will be unimaginable to me. At a later date my work will be comparable to that of a child. In contrast to the future's well developed spiritual higher beings. I am quite sure that at the very least, my documents will be amusing to look back through. Such relics, fossils of the past, unearthed to marvel at. That's me, buried and compressed under and uncountable, amount of web sites. I will be pleased if my granchildren look back and think, she was somewhat intelligent. Apparently she had a life and was at least half way attractive. In reality, she must of been one of the early pioneers. After all this is just the beginning. Such myths will be disposed of through this new medium. Myths that parallel: the moon is made of cheese, or the world is square. They will be revealed to us online through the world wide web. My descendants may also be interested to know, that they are directly related to another pioneer. His name is Patrick Henry.
He was one of the forefathers of the United States of America. He helped to establish freedom to the young America from the shackles of England. Look it up child it's in your American History book. So perhaps it runs in the family. Take that unbeaten path, get in touch with yourself and lead my daughters lead.

Information for newcomers about cyberspace and cyber-communities.
It is frustrating because you know you can do it hypothetically, yet, you can't make everything work initially. There are lots of little failures but from this you learn. It is like a baby learning to walk. The upside is that you know that someday you will be able to run, but for now you can hardly hold your own head up. The best part of being in a cyber-community in cyber space is that you are not alone. There are others on this journey with you. If you are smart you will work somewhat collectively. There are others to help you keep up, if you will do the same for them. Also you can learn from others experiences and mistakes in a visceral fashion. As an example I might work on one problem while my spanky, classmate Seth worked on another problem. When I found my solution I shared it with her and vice/versa. This way we are reaping twice the amount of information using half the time. Just a small note, you might like to save as much time as possible, because your work is going to be time consuming and very detail oriented. Cut the fat and be cooperative with others. Alturism will benefit you here. Then there is the resolution stage as Dr.James refers to it. I promise it to you if you just stick it out. It is euphoria, pride and success at mastering the body and finally seeing the products of your strenuous efforts, materialized.
I stole the Hope diamond. Is it cool or what? I wouldn't steal it if I were you though. They say the Hope diamond is terrible JuJu!
