After doing my searches on the different searhc engines and just doing some exploring and looking around, I feel just little bit more informed about the cyberspace community than when I first started. I now know a bit about searches and what symbols mean and what not. But I found that my online personality is not much different form my ttrue self. I'm a simple person who doesn't really go for fancy, bright colors. And I found that bright homepages are a big turn off. Too much links and fancy connections give me a headache. I'm happy with just the cutesy simple type of homepages that give a lot of information without all the glamour. That's me!! Also, I've heard that some people get lost on the Internet and sometimes don't know where the are. I'm usually good about directions and I found that trait of mine to be the same online. No matter how far I stray from my original topic, I always find my way home. I've learned that there are a whole bunch of people who are serious about their work and are willing to share that information through the Internet. But there are also people who just goof around and put up silly and distasteful things on the Internet. This requires a lot of patience when searching and looking for information. I'm glad that I had this kind of patience to begin with.
