1. Perhaps you should investigate how much cigarets are costing you. A few bucks saved here and there can add up to a sizeable sum.
2. I have also ran into similar problems with the gasoline minimum of $8.00. But I was lucky like you to find a Arco Service Station that will take orders for as low as two dollars.
3. From your title clusters it seems that you do a lot of speculation

The title clusters that I thought applied to myself were satisfaction, speculation, necessity, and conversation. At times, anger- at myself and others, and anxiety and regret, guilt could also fit me.
I think some of the observations could have been titled as indecision t in a way related to anxiety ) and desires. It seems like Lynn's life is overrun with revitalizing forces or emotions- anger, anxiety, indecision, guilt etc. She also seems to have competitive forces in her life as shown in her speculations, It doesn't seem too evident to me that there are any enhancing forces present. She seems faced with different thoughts, problems etc. but doesn't make many resolutions.

From the three annotations I received regarding my Money Thoughts, I've discovered that speculation, anger, and indecisiveness have been the basic components or social psychological forces operating in my social setting. I never realized how many revitalizing forces and competitive forces rule my life. Two of my reviewers mentioned that they noticed that there aren't many enhancing forces present in my life--that I don't make many resolutions and that there is a lack of planning in my daily round. When I think about it, I feel I do have a tendency to do things at the spare of the moment but that is because I am a very indecisive person. As stated in their annotations, this is where my anxiety and guilt feelings arise.
One individual pointed out that if I were to plan more faithfully, my anxiety would be lessened. I'm not sure if this is true because in the past, when I did plan very carefully, my plans were forced to change several times

I think it is terrific that you can relate and use concepts from this class in your other classes. Besides the DFF's keeping you from procrastinating, haven't you become an A-1 typist? Or perhaps you already were one so this is just keeping you in shape. I agree with you that one of the greatest gains is the team discussions, group quizzes, communication between peers etc.
I totally agree with your Recommendations, especially the one about class managers being more informed. This class does require a lot of time and I can see where it is difficult to put more time in, that you are.

I believed you did your Progress report very well. Besides being on time it seems you
spent a lot of time preparing what you wanted to say. The skills you have learned have
shown that you really are one of the advanced people in the class. I can tell from your
stating Of the various things you learned and how they helped you learn many things. I
agree that I have learned too the fact that being aware Of the social forces is on of the
first things I've learned. I knew they were there before but I guess I just never knew
what to call it. The aspect of communication is another thing that I also learned and am
finding useful in other things that I am trying to achieve in life. The small
groups force you to get involved. After reading your plans and comments I feel
you are getting the most out of this class that is possible and I think you will do well.
You have a very positive attitude to this class which is very good.

The area in which I relate to your progress report is how the forces around my daily round affect me and that I'm more aware of them. I don't usually have trouble meeting deadlines, but I do see where doing the DFF's could help you. I don't think it really makes you more aware of the deadline as it seems to be almost like a habit by now. It really is a big help to go over the lecture topics and relate them to my daily round though. Communication between the community seems to be at a low point right now as no one really knows what to do and when to turn it in by and also how to do it. Abilities as a student should be restricted to doing the skills in this course specifically, although certain areas could be applicable to other courses as well.
You said that you can learn easier in this type of setting as there isn't much competition as a result Of the collective basis, however, I think this course is unique and right now the only one of its kind. What about future courses that you will take? How has this course added to your becoming a better student with the consideration that there aren't any other collective based classes? Isn't life all competitive???

Annotations--Money Thoughts
Your money thoughts are similar to mine in that you think of what type of food to buy and then buy what you wanted anyway because you have the money. But I never buy anything just because its on sale. usually I only buy things that I'm Looking for or that I come across. But whether something is on sale or not never really influences my decision. I didn't think valentines Day was as important to me. I didn't buy anything for any one an didn't really think about it. I guess its different for a guy because girls expect more of you on that day. Maybe its more of a girl's day.
I don't think you looked over anything. Your valentine's presents are pretty well followed through. It could probably be applied to the matrix because it seems to fit into the categories pretty well. You could probably graph your major categories for side by side comparison.
From your thoughts in general I would say you seem to care a lot about other people. Your money thoughts weren't all self centered. An example is the lunch. You wouldn't Let the girl who was Low on money pay for it. Like most other people, a lot of your thoughts concerned food, and after that, buying things that aren't really that necessary, but are needed anyway, Like the tape and pants.
