LURBS SUPER-SOUP

Ingredients:

6 large onions
2 green peppers
6 whole tomatoes
1 large head of cabbage
1 large bunch of celery
Dry onion soup mix
Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Cut vegetables in medium pieces and cover with distilled water, season with dry onion mix and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer about 10 minutes.

LURBS SUPER-SOUP can be eaten any time you feel hungry. Eat as much as you like any time you are on this program. This soup will not add calories to your program. As a matter-of-fact, the more you eat, the more you lose. Fill your thermos in th e morning and enjoy all day.

After seven days on this program, go back on your regular diet for seven days, then repeat this program. If you do this for three cycles, you should lose about all the weight that you want to lose. To keep the weight off, repeat the program any time you desire.


SEVEN DAY CYCLE DIET

A Common Sense Approach to Weight Control

IMPORTANT ...Before beginning this weight management program, you should CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR. As with any weight management program, EXERCISE is a key factor. If you are using a NATURAL/HERBAL PRODUCT for weight loss, it will fit very well in thi s program.

Day One

All fuits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want except bananas. For all you melon lovers, this is just the day for you. Two fruits that are lower in calories than most other fruits are cantaloupes and watermelon. Eat a ll you want today.

Day Two

All vegetables today. All the fresh raw or steamed vegetables that you can hold. Try to eat lots of green leafy vegetables, and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. These are good for you, but not today.

Day Three

Fruits and vegetables today. All the fresh raw fruits you can hold in the morning. All the vegetables (raw or steamed) you can hold in the afternoon. One exception--leave off the potatoes.

Day Four

Bananas and skim milk today. Eat as many as eight bananas and try to drink plenty of skim milk on this day. Bananas are rich in calories and carbohydrates as well as potassium. The milk also has calcium and potassium in it. This is the day when you ca n use plenty of LURBS SUPER-SOUP.

Day Five

Beef and tomatoes today. You may have 10 oz. of beef and six tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least eight glasses of distilled water in order to wash out the uric acid generated by the beef.

Day Six

Beef and vegetables today. Eat all the beef and vegetables you want today. No potatoes, corn or dried beans. Drink lots of water.

Day Seven

Brown rice and fruit juice is all you can have today. But, you may have as much of these two foods as you like.
