The Analysis of Topic

There were many different issues talked about in the conversation. In the beginning of the conversation it was easily noticed that the speakers felt a little uneasy about talking in the tape. Therefore, the speakers would act very silly and self-conscious. But as the tape progresses the speakers become more at ease, therefore it enabled them to express their feelings easily without thinking about the tape as much.

The conversation begins with the speakers talking about the food being eaten by them. Then it goes into the discussion of getting haircuts and how expensive it is. As it continues the speakers talks about how one may receive a discount for the haircut so that it is cheaper. Then the subject changes to the spareribs that Stacy brought, saying how delicious it is and wanting to know where it's from. After that one finds that the speakers return to talking about haircuts, pointing out the different places where one could get a haircut. Then the conversation goes into talking about the food that's being eaten again. Then the next big topic was about high school basketball teams. discussing about the winners and the losers. Finally, the discussion concludes when everyone is through eating and the question arises as to who will be washing the dinner dishes.
