Reports

Report 1
Analysis of Print and Web Publishing - The concept of print publishing could soon become a relic of the past with the area of publishing on the Web expanding everyday. In this report I will analyze the differences between the two types of medium and the implications that this may have upon our society. I will also explore the necessary skills to publish a Web site, compare and contrast browsers that are available, and discuss possible uses for a "personal homepage".

Report 2
What's on the Web? - Exploring the Web is half the fun but if your pressed for time or fairly new to the Web, then this report will give you a general idea of what's available. General categories range from news and information, research and education, entertainment, shopping, and various electronic magazines, newspapers and journals.

Report 3
How the Web Works? - Don't be scared, this report contains no technical information just a general idea of why the Internet is compared to a "highway". It will also link you to some of, what I think are, the "best" and "worst" organized links on various homepages. Enjoy!!

Report 4
Analysis of the Generational Curriculum - This report attempts to make some sense of the generational curriculum including past and present generations. A diagram is available to give the viewer an idea of the extent of this ever growing phenomenon.

Report 5
Online Database Management - A report that attempts to discuss the WIB or World Ideas Bank Database and online database management issues, which was a project taken up by a previous generation. They attempted to collect data, on various topics, from visitors that were fortunate to land upon their site.

Report 6
Creating Generational Development - Well this is the report of all reports because it attempts to discuss what was covered in the entire semester. There is a critique of previous generations as well as a discussion of some of the benefits of being a part of this community. Problems and a management proposal are set forth to perhaps help the next generation and provide a shoulder for them to stand on.
