Seminar exploring the content and principles of traffic psychology drfined as self-modification attempts in acquiring a more rational and sociable driving personality. Topics are based on self-witnessing reports and include managing one's negative emotions in traffic; the role of self-regulatory verbalizations in behavior; and a driving personality make-over. Weekly written assignments are typed and posted on the World Wide Web using campus computers or dial-in modems.
