You need to post a minimum of 2 messages each week starting the week of January 28. To get your full points you need to post every week. You can post more than 2 per week. The minimum post is one or two paragraphs. If you miss posting a week, you must make it up immediately the week after by posting double.

One of your postings each week should describe a situation relating to your emotional spin cycle. Describe the context or the situation and how you tried to cope with it, using the bridge technique. It's important to discuss how the bridge technique worked or didn't work. Everyone will benefit if you describe this part in detail. To do this properly you need to FIRST read the general instructions for the spin-cycle project located at:
http://www.soc.hawaii.edu/leonj/leonj/leonpsy16/g16reports-instructions.html

You will not be able to post properly unless you familiarize yourself with those instructions first.

The second posting each week should be a reaction comment to someone's posting. Focus especially on the bridge technique. Perhaps you can give some feedback to each other on what you think of a student's method and approach, or , how you deal with that kind of situation.
