To Use For Your Research Report
To be filled out for each weekly search
posting in the Forum discussions.
Instructions:
Select the entire text below, copy it, and paste it into your Word document. Now type in the answers below each question. Use bolded font to visually set off the numbers and explanations you type in. Repeat this process for all your sessions. Make a new file for each session and use consecutive file names: form1.htm, form2.htm, forms.htm, ..., form10.htm (note that form is singular!). Note that you need to save the file as a Web Page or HTML. This save option appears in the Save As... Dialog Box when you click on the arrow at the bottom. Make a link at the bottom of the file: Back to My Research Report.
You need to link the 10 files in a directory. This directory file is to be called forms.htm (note forms is plural). Please consult the following report by a G17 student as an example of how this can be done.
Note the directory has a title and author. It has links to the Instructor and Back to the Research Report. Note this student forgot to bold the answers in each form so it's harder to set them off from the questions. Note further that the form for G18 (which is in this file below) is slightly different. Note also that the student used a text only style in copying the form so the scales do not show (only the numbers). It's better to paste in Word format so that the scales are retained in their original form.

When you upload your Research Report, you need to upload these 12 files:
- research.htm (text of your report with tables and references)
- forms.htm (directory of links to the 10 forms)
- and the 10 files: form1.htm to form10.htm
