RE: Your Message to G4 and beyond
Without
you, the generational link would be broken. What function has G3
served in the evolution of this educational cybercommunity? You have
started several new veins in the virtual mines of the generational
superdocument. Your efforts have vastly expanded the frontiers of our
cyberzone.
G3 laid the foundations for the Generational Databases of
the World Ideas Bank (First WIB on the WEB) and Traffic Psychology
Resources
G3 was the first to show that novice students starting from
scratch can use the work of prior generations to have one's World Wide
Web site ready and functional in just 5 weeks
G3 proved that every student who attempted this, was able to
accomplish it
G3 pioneered new social psychological applications and methods of
analysis for the content of the World Ideas Bank and for the Traffic
Psychology Resources generational databases
G3 was first to explore the new cyberroutes to public service by
inventing new diffusion strategies for making the WIB accessible to
netizens and cybernauts
Now then, this is the place for your cyberepitaph, so to speak. I
will deposit here the e-mail messages you send me on behalf of the
future generations. Whenever the spirit moves you, whenever you think
of something that you want them to know, hop on cybermail and deposit
it here through me Dr. James' e-mail .
You can visit this page often and see what other G3 members (both 409
& 459) are saying to the future as our semester evolves, ebbs, and
gets replaced. But your work and intellectual presence, the roads you
have laid, the foundations you have built -- that remains forever!
Just be sure to re-visit our cyberzone at least once for the next 50
years!!
Topics you can mention include:
(1) The ups and downs of your struggles and what made you persist to
victory
(2) How you react to the content of your database contributions
(3) What diffusion strategies you recommend
(4) How it has affected you to become a regular Internet user
