For this Week's group report, I got into LYCOS search engine. And I typed in "parenting." I got a long list of sites transferred. I chose a site called "parenting." The first thing I saw when I got there was this picture. I thought it was interesting. Isn't it cute?

And it took me to a site where they have gathered almost every parenting resources. They even had some of the sites I have visited before. Among many sites, I chose a site called"Family Internet Channel." I really liked their logo and I wanted to copy it. So I did.
There I found several intereting topics. I looked
them over. And I clicked on a interesting topic called
It said that the site is focused around a news letter that provides articles to help with parenting, networking with other dads, and startup or improve home business. They also said that they have quaterly publication called "At-Home Dad," and each issue is informative and entertaining. Below they had sample articles from the magazine. I found the titles were very interesting like "What did you say?" "A "Six-Pack" for Dad," and "No,No,NO!" I chose "No,No,NO!" and read it. It was a story by a dad of two-years old son and it was about his experience with his son. I thought the story was very funny. However, I got out of there and went back to "Parenting Home Page." There, I picked another site called "Interesting Places for Parents." From the content part, I picked "Articles and other resources." And it took me to a list of resources. I read some of the articles and found an article about positive attitude in parenting. The information was very informative and educational. I thought the site like this is useful for parenting with its emphasized focus on real situations and theoretical approaches to a better parenting in socio-psychological sense.
