Here we are, kicking it at the Guam International Airport. Don't you hate goodbyes?
On the far left we have Jess Aguon, my mother's boyfriend. Jess is a really nice guy. He is a good boyfriend to my mother for many reasons. One is that he really enjoys dancing and so my mother doesn't have to sit out her favorite dance songs when they go out. (All you guys out there, take note!!)
The second person on the left is my mother, Mary Ann Sablan. When she and my father divorced, she switched back to her maiden name. I respect that. If I were to get married and then divorced, I would do the same.
The third person from the left is my baby sister, Lila. She is currently in her freshman year out here in Hawaii. She has been living with me for the past 9 months and it has worked out rather nice. It has been a while since we both stayed under the same roof.
Right next to Lila is my baby brother, Jeryl. He is the youngest of the siblings and is currently in his junior year of high school. Jeryl is a good kid.
To the right of Jeryl is my sister Gloria. She is finishing her sophomore year at NYU. It is always fun to go out and visit her in New York. However, she will be transferring to the West Coast in August of '96. That's cool because then we can start visiting her over there instead of trekking all the way to the East Coast.
That's me to the right of Gloria. In case you don't know, my name is Letitia Sablan Lujan. I enjoy life.
My boyfriend is on the far right. His name is Steve Shimizu. He is a great guy.
