Diving the Waters of Guam
I enjoy snorkelling, free-diving, scuba diving and rod-and-reel
fishing. Here you see me at Piti Bomb Hole in
Guam. The water was a little on the murky side that day but it was still
a great dive. At Piti Bomb Hole there are many different types of fish.
There are parrotfish, angel fish, trigger fish, mafuti, stick fish,
skipjack, and tanguissan to name a few. The spot is a very popular dive
spot. You can tell because if you hold out your hand and rub your
fingers together, the fish come right up to you in anticipation of food.
One time a little blue fish nipped my thumb. That freaked me out. It
didn't hurt but it did surprise me.
If you don't dive or snorkel, I recommend you try it. It is so much
fun. My boyfriend and I go as often as possible on Guam.
