Introducing... My Brother
This is a picture of my oldest brother, Marion Lujan. He lives and works
on Guam. When we were younger, our parents made us hold hands everywhere
we went. We would walk to school (in Indiana) hand in hand. Sometimes
we would even hold hands when we went to sleep. We did this in order to
fight off things like monsters under our beds or in the closet. I will
never be able to look at a bunkbed and not be reminded of those times.
If you ever have kids who are pretty close in age, I suggest buying them
a bunkbed. You can do so many different things with it. You can put
them on top of each other or you can separate the beds to make two
individual beds. For kids, the best is having them on top of each
other. We used to create clubhouses by simply throwing a sheet from the
top bunk and allowing it to fall to the floor. Oh, the memories...
