Five
Welcome to:
Surfing...one of the biggest sports here in Hawai'i now has it's
own dictionary according to Mr. Harrison featuring "Harrison's Surf
Speak Dictionary."
If you are a tourist this would be a good thing to check out
because if you decide to take a chance on the smoothest highway in the
world (surfing the waves of the ocean) then you might want to converse
with the natives while you're waiting for a set to come in. Oh, here's a
tip if you decide to go surfing...don't ever turn your back on the wave
because you are going to get slammed!
The ocean would be the perfect place to relax and recooperate
from a hard day's work. To just cruise on your board and glide upon a
wave or just to float around can be the most therapeutic activity known
to man. Now this is the type of traffic that I wouldn't mind being in
because there are no horns and no rear-ending anybody, just be sure that
you don't get run over by another surfer! Cuz I've been there and did
that!!!
