WEEK 9: First Time Car Buyers by Sheldon
Tawata
How is everyone doing today or this week or whatever.
Well by now we all got our grades back and let tell you I feel good. So good
that it gave me that boost to work a little harder. Kind of like a
motivational type thing. Anyway, this weeks search was good. I must admit
that I was getting really bored with the FAQ searches. It seems that the other
groups stumble on to some cool sites because of their topic. I mean, you can't
go wrong with driving stories. That sounds like I could be a ton of fun. Like
I said, this weeks search was good. I tried hitting net directories for the
first time. Yahoo was the first to come up but that engine is lame already. I
need something new. So I check out the next directory listed which was
Mckinley Internet Search. Much like the rest of the engines, it gave a space
to type in the subject that you are looking for and narrow down the search.
This one was good because I gave simple summaries to all the sites found. It
also had a white background for easier viewing. Anyway, within all the
searches, I clicked onto Rover Web. It was a page about the Land Rover car
series. I didn't click on that because I was interested in the car. I went to
that page because in the summary it stated that it could link me to other
automotive pages and it did. I click on the other car info link and got to
another link that said Automotive Sites. There it gave me a whole list of
things. Not good things. But I did stumble over a Cars @ Cost link. I
will
only link you to that because I thought going through all that other stuff is a
waste of time. Anyway, there I got to an FAQ page for first time car buyers.
I gave everything to the pricing of the car to if the car being bought was
stolen to financial questions. All were answered in very simple language.
Once again, this is good for traffic psychologist to know because the more
comfortable you feel about you car or getting a car. The better you're driving
persona will be.
I'll take you home!"
