This week's report is about another addition to the This Month's
Stupid , Pathetic, Morons page. To find this page Iooked on my Week #3 Report which was the first time I
reported on this
page.
This addition is about a "violation" that occurred on
November 14, 1995, in a town called Madison. The offender's license
plate is KXY-503. What happened was that KXY-503 decided to pass
a whole line of cars while going on a slippery road on an incline
during rush hour.
The person who submitted this thinks that KXY-503 is a stupid,
pathetic moron because he didn't consider his own safety as well
as all the other innocent cars on the road. The offender according
to the observer, caused an increase in an already unpleasantness
on the road.
I think this is useful to traffic psychology because it shows
that there are people who do not think properly when they are
driving. I just wonder what is going on in the mind of the offender.
There is now way, in my opinion, that he considered the danger
of what he did. It would be an interesting thing to study under
the field of traffic psychology. What people are thinking about
when they are driving.
