I like to encourage the driver to take risks only when I am in a rush or when I have to be somewhere fast! I suppose I do this becuase if something does happen I won't be the person at fault here. What I don't like is when a driver does take risks, but I was not the instigator. I know, a little of a hypocrite there.
My reasonings may be that if I tell the driver to take risks then I know in advance of what is going to happen, therefore I can be prepared to close my eyes. I suppose they shouldn't be taking risks in the first place, because I am endangering my own life as well as the drivers. Well we shall see if there is any change in the future!!
