How to upload things to my css

If you have a css account, do the following:
1.) login
2.) change the
permmission of the file(s) you are about to upload: i.e. chmod a+rwx
3.) type in : cp
/club/leonj/student3/calvinc/incoming/[filenames]
4.) That's it!!!! Now
isn't this easy.
