The Daily Feedback Sheets (DFS). The Daily Feedback Sheet refers to a printed form students filled out during and at the end of each lecture class, except the first. A sample appears on the next page. The DFS used this semester has been altered in format (see Chapter 2). As you can see, students had a "Secret I. D. Number" which they received at the second lecture and used throughout the semester for Research Reports as well. The reasons for this procedure are discussed in Section [1. 3] below. The study of the type of data on social occasions that the DFS makes possible is of interest to the student of social psychology. It is a source of data on communication, quantitative assessment, and transactional relationship.
