Sen. Sakamoto's committee passed bill for elementary blind literacy

“If not for my ability to read Braille, I would not be able to participate in business, or live independently as a fully participating adult in our society,” wrote Virgil Stinnett, a strong and very passionate supporter for a bill that requires literacy in Braille for visually disabled children.
